Refund & Cancellation Policy
QuickBoost aims to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided if QuickBoost fails to fulfill commitments as per the agreed-upon terms with the customer.
2. Process
Refund requests must be validated. Once approved, refunds are processed within four working days.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers can request cancellations before service commencement. Certain services may not be eligible for cancellation after initiation.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Services that have already been initiated or delivered may not qualify for refunds unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
